We have established a simple and efficient delivery process to ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery to your doorstep. Please note that our delivery times may vary depending on the level of demand.

SHIPPING (IN STOCK) :

DELIVERY TIMES (IN STOCK) :

Upon receiving your online order, we ship your package on the same day using Purolator. There is a delivery time of 1 to 3 days for it to reach your doorstep.

TRACKING NUMBER (IN STOCK) :

You will receive a Purolator tracking number by email once your order is shipped to your home. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive the tracking number.

SHIPPING (PRE-ORDER) :

DELIVERY TIMES (PRE-ORDER) :

1. We order the sneakers directly from the manufacturer within 24 hours of your order. The manufacturer then ships the sneakers to us via UPS on the same day. There is a 9 to 15-day timeframe for the package to arrive at our warehouse.

2. Upon receiving it, our team thoroughly inspects your sneakers to ensure exceptional quality. Afterwards, we ship your package on the same day using Purolator. There is a delivery time of 1 to 3 days for it to reach your doorstep.

TRACKING NUMBER (PRE-ORDER) :

You will receive a UPS tracking number by email once your order is shipped to our warehouse. Please allow 5 to 7 days to receive this tracking number. Afterwards, once your package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a second Purolator tracking number to track your order until it reaches your home.
